Interrand Homes and Properties Limited is a member of the Interrand Group

Interrand Group is a conglomerate which has the followings firms/ units: Construction and Engineering, Farm and Agro-allied, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Real Estate among others to come.

Interrand Engineering Limited, the parent company of the group has been in operation since December 2002 and performed in various areas of construction industries before it was incorporated in July 2009 with an authorized share capital, as a wholly owned Nigerian Organization. Our objective is to provide world class business environment services.

Interrand Engineering Limited is a master builder and Engineering oriented unit of the group providing a wide array of services in various areas ranging from civil, building, electrical and Mechanical works

The Company is currently run by strong management team headed by David Omonije a Civil Engineer who is also the founder/president of the group.While Engr. Salawu is the head of Mechanical Engineering Department with over 19 year experience, Engr,. Isiaka, head of Electrical Department with over 18 year experience. Engr. Quadri currently heads Civil and Building Department with over 16 year experience in relevant field.

Chairman

A graduate of State University of Rome, Italy where he
studied Statistics and Actuarial Science. He has held many managerial positions which includes African Alliance Insurance Company (AIICO) as Assistant
General Manager, Nigeria Oil Company (NAOC) Plc as general Manager and a Director for
over twelve years before he retired.
Chairman, Board of Directors in NICON insurance Plc between 1992 and 1993. He is the
chairman, Board of Partners of B.A Adigun and Associates to mention but a few.
He was admitted as both the fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management in 1991 and
Fellow Institute of Directors in 2000.
He is a founding Associate and current President of Governing Council of the Nigeria
Actuarial Society. .

a graduate of Osun State College of Technology where he obtained
National Diploma in Building Technology and University of Ibadan with Bachelor of
Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering respectively. He is a member of Nigeria Society of
Engineers (MNSE) and registered engineer (COREN). He has over 15 years of
diversified experience in construction of major engineering projects in Nigeria. Result
oriented, self-motivated and project manager to the core with proven track records.
Strength includes; planning, construction and maintenance of building and Civil
Engineering work.
