Role Overview:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting workforce planning within a real estate and construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High level of professionalism
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, developing engaging content, and executing effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Create and manage high-quality content across digital platforms Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement Manage brand consistency across all online channels Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in social media management and content creation Proficiency in content development tools (graphics, video editing, etc.) Strong analytical and creative skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
