Role Overview:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting workforce planning within a real estate and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes  Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures  Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues  Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives  Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards  Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction  Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations  Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills  High level of professionalism

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, developing engaging content, and executing effective online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals  Create and manage high-quality content across digital platforms  Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement  Manage brand consistency across all online channels  Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  Proven experience in social media management and content creation  Proficiency in content development tools (graphics, video editing, etc.)  Strong analytical and creative skills  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
