1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Interrand Homes and Properties Limited (“Interrand Homes”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Nature of Website Content
The content on this website — including property listings, pricing, availability, and descriptions — is provided for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. Property listings do not constitute a formal offer or binding contract. All transactions must be formalised through a written Sales Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Property Enquiries and Reservations
Submitting an enquiry form, making telephone contact, or expressing interest in a property does not constitute a legally binding reservation or commitment by either party. A property is considered formally reserved only upon receipt of a confirmed deposit and execution of a Reservation Form or Sales Agreement as applicable.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your transaction will be that confirmed in writing in your Sales Agreement. Interrand Homes shall not be liable for any discrepancy between website-displayed prices and prices subsequently confirmed in formal documentation, where prices have been updated.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made to the official bank account of Interrand Homes and Properties Limited. Details will be provided in your Sales Agreement or payment instruction letter.
- Interrand Homes and Properties Ltd does not accept cash payments at any stage of a transaction.
- For instalment plan clients, failure to meet scheduled payment milestones may result in cancellation of the reservation, subject to the refund and cancellation terms stated in the Sales Agreement.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests are governed by the specific terms of the individual Sales Agreement. As a general guideline:
- Where a client cancels within 14 days of reservation and prior to document preparation commencing, a full refund less administrative costs may be considered at management’s discretion.
- Where cancellation occurs after document preparation has commenced, an administrative deduction will apply. This will be specified in the Sales Agreement.
- Refunds, where approved, are processed within 30 business days.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Help@interrandgroup.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements is the intellectual property of Interrand Homes and Properties Limited or its licensed contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Interrand Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or reliance on information contained therein. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client in respect of that specific transaction.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Interrand Homes does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or from transactions with Interrand Homes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
11. Amendments
Interrand Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
